Group Classes

Group classes at Indepth Physical Therapy are taught by a licensed physical therapist and are designed to enhance physical comfort and improve functional mobility. Each class is limited to 5 participants to ensure personalized attention in a supportive group environment. Due to limited class size, registration is required to participate in classes.

Description: This class is designed to release muscle tension and improve mobility. Your instructor will guide you through breathing techniques, gentle movements, and light stretches to relax muscles, alleviate stiffness, and enhance overall posture and mobility.

 

Requirements: Participants must be able to transition from standing to sitting on the floor.

Description: This class uses a combination of balance exercises and strengthening exercises to improve overall stability. It is designed to help you move with more confidence.
